Leo A Daly recently opened their Beijing office, with Charles Peace and Yufung Guo in charge. Both Charles and Yufung have been working and living in China for many years.

Charles and Yufung are sharing their experiences, both the opportunities and challenges, of working in China. These are not only language barriers, but also cultural norms and simply how business is done there, which includes spending more time developing Guanxi. Guanxi is about the relationship, network, and connections that a person establishes and nurtures in order to maintain a successful business and contacts.
