As economic conditions changed over the past year, so have services offered by the Outdoor Design Group. The firm is now offering site renovation planning and design services in addition to landscape designs for new developments.

Matt Corrion and his company help to improve curb appeal, marketability, and sustainability of properties. Most of the projects are commercial properties in suburbia that are about 10-20 years old. Over the years, these properties have degraded in appearance and need to be adapted to today’s water usage standards, accessibility requirements, and improve pedestrian circulation.

The construction and field experience Matt brings are of great value to his design. While preparing renovation design of the site, Matt is also calculating future maintenance costs of that design. The annual maintenance cost of the site after the renovation will drop 20-40% in additional to water savings.
