Eva Wang grew up in Harbin, China, was educated in Chicago, USA, and now is running Eva Wang Studio in Shanghai, China. Eva Wang Studio provides a wide range of services to their clients, from planning through architecture to interior design.
The design studio is located in downtown Shanghai, China. It was unusual to see that Eva Wang Studio is located on the same floor as many other architectural and planning firms of industrial buildings. This is something you will see rarely in the US. Glass walls allow you to pick into the spaces. And this is what the studio of Eva Wang looks like: a contemporary interior with glass walls and one large open space to share ideas and work.
Eva Wang Studio’s recent work is a Red Box Square in Shanghai, China. You can see a project from the highway glowing with an intriguing grey mesh with red boxes not far from the People’s Square. It is a new and vibrant urban place that injects life into that forgotten industrial area.
